GRAYSLAKE, Ill. – Three Malcolm X College cross country runners – Jonathan Fernandez (Von Steuben Metropolitan Science H.S.), Ethan Armour (Curie Metropolitan H.S.) and Karen Dorantes (Lane Tech College Prep) – earned All-Region IV honors after placing in the top 15 at the Region IV Championship on Saturday at the College of Lake County.
