State. Dr. Yow, is considered to be a pioneer in the athletic administration and coaching professions, who served for 29 years as a NCAA Division I Director of Athletics. “It is an extreme honor to be selected as a speaker for the 2021 NJCAA Lead Her Ship series,” Parker said. “I am humbled by the opportunity to be able to share a varied perspective while learning and interacting with my NJCAA colleagues on this panel. Understanding the climate we are in, the need for conversations and dialogue such as this are critical to the work we do for our student-athletes, staff and the campus communities we serve.” The series begins Sept. 23 and sessions are scheduled for every Thursday through Oct. 14. 2021.
