The Bulldogs of Richard J. Daley defeated the Cavaliers of Kankakee in a thrilling 2-1 win. Alexis Campa and Chris Aguirre led the way with a goal each. Alexis found the net first at the 10-minute mark (assist Chris Aguirre), and Chris Aguirre added the winning goal at the 30-minute mark (assist Jose Villalobos). The second half turned to a defensive battle as goal keeper Cesar Pena saved 12 of 13 shots. The Bulldogs look to continue their winning ways Tuesday, September 21st at 4:00PM vs. Malcolm X College. The game will be played at Marquette Park.
