CHICAGO – Breneka Walker (Thornwood H.S.) scored a game-high 32 points and JayShari Chears (Brooks College Prep) published her first double-double of the year, compiling 15 points and career-best 10 assists in the Malcolm X women’s basketball team’s 89-70 loss to Moraine Valley Community College on Thursday at MXC.
